TPD-P hydrogen boilers are two-drum water-tube steam boilers with natural circulation, for high pressures and large capacities where a fire-tube design is no longer sufficient. They are intended for power generation and process industry that needs superheated steam from hydrogen or hydrogen-gas blends.
The membrane furnace and superheater allow precise control of steam temperature, while the economizer recovers heat from the flue gases. The combustion system is designed for hydrogen, natural gas and heating oil, so the boiler also operates during the transition period before full hydrogen supply is established.
For existing energy plants the TPD-P series is a route to lower emissions without loss of capacity.
