FAST-P is a steam generator for rapid production of dry saturated steam, with forced water circulation and a three-pass design, built for liquid and gaseous fuels. Its compact construction suits users who need operating parameters reached quickly and minimal installation space.

Operating principle

The boiler is filled with chemically treated water from a softening system. Water circulation is forced by the feed pump. Heat is transferred by radiation in the furnace formed by the inner coil and by convection in the second pass between the inner and outer coils. After passing through the boiler, the steam enters a separator where residual water droplets are removed, giving a high steam dryness. The boiler operates under positive pressure, with combustion air supplied by the fan built into the burner.
